There are definitely a lot of vocal technique books out there that can help you learn how to sing better. We haven’t had the opportunity to purchase or review them all in our own practice, however, there are a few that have made a difference and some that look very promising. The intention of this post is to list a few of the vocal technique books we believe are worthy and practical.
So to start, here’s some of those books (in no particular order):
- Singing for the Stars: A Complete Program for Training Your Voice (Book & 2 CD’s)
– Seth Riggs
- Sing Like the Stars
– Roger Love
- Set Your Voice Free: How To Get The Singing Or Speaking Voice You Want
– Roger Love
- Complete Vocal Technique – Cathrine Sadolin (just ordered a copy and really look forward to reading it
)
We encourage you to let us know if any of these vocal technique books have be influential in your practice and if there are others that you recommend.
